This is a recipe that my Sunday School teacher makes often and brings with her to Church for us to enjoy over bible study. It's very buttery and very tasty. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 package butter cake mix |
4 eggs |
2/3 cup milk |
2/3 cup oil |
crumb topping |
2 sticks margarine |
1 stick butter |
4 cups flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Blend cake mix, eggs, milk and oil and beat 4 minutes. 2. Bake coffeecake in a greased jellyroll pan at 350 for 25 minutes. 3. Melt margarine and butter then allow to cool and add vanilla. 4. Mix flour, cinnamon and sugars then add to butter. 5. Crumble with hands and place on cake then return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer. 6. Let cool then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. |
