Ingredients:
3/4 cup wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon salt |
4 teaspoons sugar (heaping) |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 cup salad oil |
1/2 lb danish blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except oil and cheese, until sugar and salt dissolve. 2. Blend in oil using a spoon or whisk, not a mixer or blender. 3. Crumble the cheese with a fork and fold into mixture. 4. Before using dressing, stir gently. 5. Toss with salad greens, preferably romaine. |
