3 lg ripe bananas mashed |
1 egg lightly beaten |
1/3 cube(s) butter melted |
Directions:
1. Directions: 2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 3. Mix bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. 4. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened. 5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. 6. Combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon topping ingredients. 7. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. 8. Sprinkle over muffins. 9.
