Delicious and easy way to make coffee cake! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (preferably whipped) |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix until crumbly. Save 1/2 cup for topping. To the reminaing mixture, add egg and milk. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 8X8 pan. Sprinkle saved crumb topping on top. Bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
