Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs |

I clipped this recipe out of a magazine a few years ago. I have never tried this recipe, but it sounds yummy! Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
8 chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. In a larger resealable plastic bag combine first seven ingredients. Add chicken a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Place chicken on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes. Turn chicken pieces; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until juices run clear. |
