1 1/2 cups vegan cream cheese |
1 1/2 tablespoons vodka |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cucumber |
6 radishes, trimmed |
6 stalks celery |
1 head belgian endive, trimmed and leaves separated |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, vodka and lemon juice. Stir in dill and salt. 2. Trim vegetables into bite sized pieces. 3. Arrange cut vegetables on a platter with cream cheese in the center. Garnish with chopped chives. |
