Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 (2-ounce) can anchovies, drained and finely chopped |
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped |
4 green onions, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with fresh asparagus, carrots, celery, red and green bell pepper strips, and radishes. |
