This is a Kentucky Derby inspired cocktail by Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey and the Drink of the Week e-newsletter. Ingredients:
1 ounce crown royal whiskey |
1/2 ounce amaretto |
1 ounce pineapple juice |
1/4 ounce cranberry juice |
3 dashes angostura bitters |
1 maraschino cherry (garnish, optional) |
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients.
2. Shake until well mixed and well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add a cherry to garnish.
