Crowd Pleaser Spinach Dip |

This warm spinach dip is easy to make and transport and is sure to be a hit at any party! Ingredients:
2 bricks cream cheese, room temperature |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 minced garlic cloves |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out |
1 round loaf sourdough bread, not sliced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese and stir in the mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, and spinach. 2. Cut a hole in the top of the loaf of bread and hollow it out. 3. Fill the hollowed out loaf with the spinach and cheese mixture. Replace the top of the loaf. 4. Wrap in foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°F. 5. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers or veggies for dipping. |
