Directions:
1. Heat ove to 350. 2. Divide between 2 rimmed baking sheets. 3. Toss bread ith oil and 1-1/2 tsp salt 4. Arrange in single laer an bak, tossing bread and rotating pans halfway through until golden and crist (25-30 min) 5. Cool completely on pans. 6. Croutons ca be kept at room temperature in a airtight container for up to 1 month. 7. Variations, toss with herbs, spices (2 tblsp paprika, 1 tsp groun cumin, and 1/2 tsp cayenne), or with 3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
