This recipe goes with Huguenot Onion Soup Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine |
1 large clove garlic, crushed |
12 (1-inch-thick) slices french bread |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; stir in garlic. Dip both sides of bread in garlic butter. Place bread on a baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes on one side; turn and bake an additional 5 minutes. |
