Japanese-style croquette Ingredients:
300 g skim milk |
80 g potato |
93 g chicken, lean |
1 tsp soy sauce |
15 g egg |
15 g cornstarch |
15 g bread crumbs |
10 g oil |
Directions:
1. Mince the chicken and marinate in soy sauce with a dash of pepper. 2. Boil the potatoes. Once done, mash potatoes. 3. In a non-stick pan, stir-fry the chicken with some pam, making sure it separates. 4. Add the milk to the potatoes until mixture is moist. Mix in the chicken. The consistency should be firm enough to shape into patties. 5. Shape into 10 patties. 6. Roll the patties in the cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg, and cover in breadcrumbs. 7. Fry in the oil until golden on both sides. |
