Croissonts (Hefehornchen)

this is a german recipe given to me by my good friend anna while she was here studying. these are croissonts but cooked with yeast
Ingredients:
530 g flour
100 g sugar
1 (8 ounce) envelope yeast
275 ml warm milk
10 tablespoons melted butter
1 pinch salt
18 tablespoons jam or 18 tablespoons nutella
1 egg, beaten for glazing
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, flour and salt.
2. Add yeast.
3. Add milk while stirring.
4. Add butter while stirring.
5. Rub the mixture well into a dough.
6. Let it rest for 45 mins in a warm place.
7. Rub again, then divide into 3 pieces.
8. Roll out a piece into a roundish shape, then cut into 8 triangular pieces as if you were slicing a pizza.
9. Put some jame or nutella in the middle of the triangular piece then roll into a croissont.
10. Glaze with some egg.
11. Bake for 15-30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
