eat on the run breakfast Ingredients:
3 eggs beaten |
3 tbs. milk |
1/4 tsp. salt |
dash of pepper |
1/4 cup diced cooked ham |
1-2 tbs. minced green onions |
1 tbs. butter |
2 ( 1 oz. ) slices american cheese-cut in half diagonally |
4 croissants-cut horizantallt |
Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 350*F. 2. combine first 6 items in a small bowl,mixing well 3. melt butter over medium heat, in a large non-stick skillet 4. add egg mixture and cook with out stirring until mixture starts to set on the bottom 5. draw a spatula across the pan to form large curds 6. continue till eggs are thickened but stil moist-don't stir contantly 7. spoon eggs on croissant bottoms. top with cheese and croissant tops 8. place on baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes , until cheese melts and croissants are heated |
