i get this recipes from a bread web. And I get the crunchy croissants as result. It's amazing. Ingredients:
325g bread flour |
125g all purpose flour |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 tablespoon sugar |
15g yeast |
1 egg |
225ml milk |
225g butter |
Directions:
1. mix the ingredients together to form a dough(except the butter). 2. flatten the the dough with a rolling pin. 3. let rest in a warm place for 1 hour. 4. put the butter chip in the middle of dough and cover it. 5. flatten the dough into a rectangle shape and very thin size. 6. cut the dough into triangle shape(can get about 20 pieces). 7. roll it. 8. brush the yolk to the unbaked croissants. 9. preheat oven to 220 C. 10. bake for 20 minutes. |
