Ahh..Chicken WIngs, always a favorite! Ingredients:
3-4 lbs chicken wings, cut off tips and break at joint |
1/4 c soy sauce |
1/4 c sherry |
1/4 c honey |
1 t hoisin sauce |
1 t orange juice |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
*optional- 1 red chili, mined |
Directions:
1. Place chicken wings in Crockpot 2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, mix well 3. Pour sauce over wings 4. Cook on Low 3 to 3-1/2 hrs (in a hurry: high 1-1/2 to 2 hrs) 5. Enjoy. |
