Good crock pot recipes for Spinach Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese |
2 cups cream style cottage cheese |
2 x 10 oz packets frozen chopped spinach |
Directions:
1. Thaw and drain the spinach then squeeze out as much water as possible. Cube cream cheese, butter and cheese then add it to the drained spinach. Slightly beat eggs then add flour and salt then combine it with the spinach and cheeses. Grease the crockpot. Cook the Crockpot Spinach for 1 hour on high, then 4 hours on low. 2.
