Crockpot Refried Beans

Refried beans that are fat free, super easy, made in the crockpot, and very low-calorie.
Ingredients:
4 cups dry pinto beans
1/2 large white onion
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tbs salt
2 tsp pepper
12 cups water
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Once finished, strain off some of the liquid and keep it aside. Leave the beans in the crock.
4. Mash the beans (and onion) with a potato masher. You can add back liquid if they are too thick. They will be runny but will thicken up quite a bit once they cool down.
5. Each serving is 3/4 cup, which is approximately what I use on a burrito.
