Instead of can i think there is a lot of Halloween pumpkin that will be going into this too-haha- Ingredients:
1 can (15-oz) solid pack pumpkin |
1 can (12-oz) evaporated milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix |
2 eggs beaten |
2 tbsp butter melted |
2-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
2 tsp vanilla |
whipped topping (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix together the first eight ingredients. 2. Transfer to a crock-pot coated with a non stick cooking spray. 3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours. 4. Serve in bowls with a whipped topping if desired. |
