Crockpot Pork Chops and Potatoes in Sauce |

Delicous sauce that goes well over chops and potatoes. I serve with whole kernel corn and a lettuce salad. Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup water |
1 stalk celery |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 large onion, diced |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon garlic |
4 pork chops |
4 raw potatoes, cut into chunks |
Directions:
1. Mix first twelve ingredients in medium sized bowl. 2. Spray large crockpot with PAM. 3. Put potatoes on bottom. 4. Put pork chops on top. 5. Pour sauce mixture over all. 6. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. 7. Enjoy! |
