Quick, easy, and yummy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, diced |
1 red pepper, diced |
2 (28 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup, undiluted |
6 1/2 cups water |
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
additional shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, cook beef with onions and red pepper over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot EXCEPT cheese. Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours. 3. Before serving, add cheese. Stir until melted. 4. Garnish with additional cheese if desired. |
