Just a few ingredients combine into a tasty but easy meal. I got this recipe at the TOH site. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (1 lb) package cooked rigatoni pasta (use 2/3 of pkg,) |
2 (8 ounce) cans pizza sauce |
2 (8 ounce) bags mozzarella cheese |
1 (12 ounce) package pepperoni |
Directions:
1. Brown the round beef in a skillet on the stovetop, breaking up. Drain well and combine the beef with the sauce and cheese. Cook up the rigatoni as directed on the package using only 2/3 of package. 2. Layer ingredients in a 3-1/2 to 4-quart crockpot beginning with the drained noodles on the bottom. Next layer the ground beef mixture and finally the pepperoni on top. 3. Cover and cook on LO heat for 7-8 hours. |
