Slow cooked to the ultimate of tenderness Ingredients:
3# s chicken legs,thighs or wings-or a combination |
1 tsp. grated ginger |
6 garlic cloves-minced |
1 onion-chopped |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup spicy v8 juice-or 1 cup tomato juice and 1/8 tsp.cayenne pepper |
1 cup brown sugar |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce,brown sugar juice and the spices in the bottom of the crock pot- stir well 2. add chicken 3. cook on low for 6-8 hours.the chicken is done when it falls of the bone when removed 4. serve over rice |
