Add 1/2 c rice need to tweak this recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 chunks |
1/8 c flour |
1/3 c orange marmalade, sugar free |
1/4 c ketchup |
1/4 c mustard |
1 t rice wine vinegar |
1 t reduced sodium soy sauce |
1 t brown sugar |
1/2 t ginger, finely grated |
3 green onions, chopped |
1 green pepper, chunked |
1 c onion, chunked |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1 chunks and put into crockpot 2. Sprinkle flour over chicken and toss well to coat 3. In medium bowl whisk remaining ingredients and pour over chicken 4. Cook on high 4 hrs or low 8 hrs |
