Breakfast for six, overnight in the crockpot. Reheat extra servings in the micro, may need additional water. Sweeten as desired. Ingredients:
2 c. oatmeal |
6 c. water |
1 tsp. salt |
1 large apple, chopped |
1/2 c. raisins |
1/2 c. pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low 8-9 hours. 2. Spray crock with non-stick spray to ease cleaning. |
