Great oatmeal to cook in your crockpot. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups steel cut oats |
4 cups light vanilla soy milk |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for two to four hours. Don't cook too long; this will overcook and become inedible. |
