Ingredients:
1 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1 package(s) chicken gravy mix |
1 cup(s) white wine |
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Put chicken in crock-pot. Sprinkle gravy mix on top. Pour soup over that, then pour wine over that. Cook on low all day. 30 minutes before serving, put cream cheese in. When ready to serve, remove chicken and whisk the sauce together. Serve over pasta or rice. We like this even without the chicken! It is a good sauce for pasta. I use reduced fat cream of whatever soup and fat free cream cheese. |
