Crockpot Meatballs and Gravy |

A simple recipe, but it has lots of taste. Serve this over hot mashed potatoes, hot rice, or buttered egg noodles for a fabulous dinner. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen meatballs, fully cooked and thawed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup |
1 cup water |
1 (1 ounce) package dry turkey gravy mix |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 bay leaves |
Directions:
1. Place meatballs in a 3-1/2-4 quart crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. 2. Cover crockpot and cook on LO heat for 6-8 hours or on HI heat for 3-4 hours. Discard bay leaves before serving. 3. Serve over hot mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles. 4. VARIATION: Add 2 packages of brown gravy mix, fresh mushrooms, and 2 cups of water. |
