Crockpot French Onion Meatballs |

This is a delicious and easy way to prepare frozen or homemade meatballs. For a complete meal you may serve them over egg noodles, rice or couscous, and add green beans and a tomato salad. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) packages frozen meatballs, thawed |
1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy |
1/2 of 2 ounce package onion soup mix |
1 tablespoon dry sherry (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place meatballs in a 4-quart slow cooker. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over the meatballs and stir gently. 3. Cover and cook on LO heat for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours. |
