Crockpot Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole |

This one is made in the crockpot and uses cheese soup to give that cheesy flavor. Plus it has only 5 ingredients so is easy as pie to put together. Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) package frozen hash brown potatoes (partially thawed) |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup |
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 of a 3 . 5 oz.can french fried onion rings, divided |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 of the french fried onion rings. Pour into a greased crockpot. 2. Cover and cook on LO heat for 8-9 hours or on HI heat for 4 hours. 3. Spoon remaining onion rings on top before serving. |
