Wonderful, easy and no fail moist chocolate cake with nuts or coconut or both.. just yummy ... soooo good!!! Ingredients:
1 package chocolate fudge cake mix |
2 cups sour cream |
1 small package instant sugar free chocolate pudding |
1 small bag good real chocolate chips |
3/4 cup oil (canola) |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and coconut (optional) |
optional: favorite ice cream and or whipped cream. |
Directions:
1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
2. Mix all ingredients except nuts and coconut. Pour into crockpot and sprinkle with nuts and/or coconut (if using them).
3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
4. Serve with ice cream or Whipped cream.
