2 large onions-sliced vertically |
2# chicken-skinless and boneless-white or dark or a mixture of meat |
cut in 1 pieces |
1 1/2(8 oz.)ham -diced |
1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes |
! (14 oz.) can chicken broth |
4 garlic cloves-minced |
1 tbs. worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp. dry mustard |
1 tsp. dried thyme-crushed |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1/2 tsp. hot sauce-your choise |
1 (10 oz.) package frozen,sliced okra-thawed |
1 cup frozen lima beans-thawed |
1 cup frozen whole kernal corn-thawed |
Directions:
1. in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockpot,place onions,top with chinken and ham 2. in a small bowlcombine tomatoes,with juice,broth,garlic,worcestershire sauce,mustard,thyme,pepper and hot sauce 3. pour over meat,cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours 4. add okra,lima beans and corn, if using low, turn to high and cook for 45 minutes more or till vegetables are tender |
