This is quick and easy..... Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained. |
1 can tomato juice (46 ounces) |
1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium high heat; drain. 2. Transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker. 3. Stir in the tomato juice, mixed vegetables, potatoes and soup mix. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until heated through. 5. 10 Servings. |
