Easy crockpot dinner Ingredients:
2 lbs. venison |
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
8 oz. canned mushrooms |
1/4 cup water |
1 1/2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp worcestershire sauce |
1 cube beef bouillon |
1/4 cup white wine |
1 tbsp flour |
8 oz. light sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cut up meet and place in slow cooker. 2. Add soup, mushrooms and water 3. Season with garlic, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. 4. In small bowl mis together the wine with the flour and pour over meat. 5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Stir in sour ceam and continue cooking for 1 hour. |
