A very good rump roast, served on hamburger buns, and serve with a nice salad, a great meal Ingredients:
3 lbs rump roast (or larger depending on size of crock pot) |
1 (3 ounce) package good seasons italian salad dressing mix |
1 cup water |
1 (2 ounce) package au jus mix |
2 teaspoons italina seasoning |
6 pepperoncini peppers |
Directions:
1. Mix together water, gravy mix, dressing, and Italian seasoning. Pour over roast in crock pot. Add peppers if desired. Cover and cook on low about 4 hours. Break up roast and cook 1 hour more. 2. Serve on Hamburger buns. |
