6 cups zucchini thinly sliced |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 cup shredded carrots |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup flour |
1 (8 oz.) stuffing crumbs |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half of the crumbs on the bottom of the crockpot; then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours. |
