Crock Pot Wild Rice Soup - Spicy |

This is a soup one of my sisters makes every year for our Sisters Get-together at the lake. This soup is very rich and makes a large pot. Ingredients:
4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup |
2 cups cooked wild rice |
1 pint half-and-half or 1 pint cream |
2 quarts milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled |
1 (16 ounce) package hot velveeta mexican cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients into a crock pot. 2. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 2-3 hours. |
