Ingredients:
1 pound(s) skinless chicken breast cubed |
1 medium onion chopped |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1-1/2 cup(s) water |
1 can(s) 15oz garbanzo beans rinsed & drained |
1 can(s) 11oz whole kernel white corn drained |
1 can(s) 4 oz chopped green chiles |
2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillion granules |
1 teaspoon(s) cumin |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (lowfat) |
1 can(s) whole kidney / cannelinii bean drained |
Directions:
1. In a large non-stick skillet, saute chicken, onion and garlic until onion is tender. Transfer to crock pot sprayed with PAM. Stir in remaining ingredients except for chicken soup. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add chicken soup and let heat through and serve with scallions, cheese, sour cream |
