Quick Week Night Meal Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 cups brown sugar |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 (14 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Dump all in crock pot cook on high for 1 hour. 2. Cook on low for 7 hours. 3. Serve over rice. 4. Enjoy. |
