adapted from recipe I found on blog The Test Kitchen of Melissa Fallis. Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots |
1/2 red onion, cut into large chunks |
20 ounces pineapple chunks |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
4 chicken breasts |
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce |
rice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. 3. Serve over rice. |
