A colorful, balanced, mild spiced soup. Ingredients:
16 ounces pork tenderloin, cooked and cut up |
4 cups beef broth |
4 cups water |
1 onion, diced |
1 ounce taco seasoning |
20 ounce frozen corn, peas, carrots |
1 zuccini (cut up) |
1 yellow squash (cut up) |
1 ounce whole wheat pasta |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into crock pot. 2. Break pasta into small sections. 3. Cook on med. high for about 3 hours OR Cook on low for 5-6 hours. 4. For Variety, serve with warm whole wheat tortilla. |
