Another crock pot recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned |
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies |
10 3/4 ounces cream of onion soup |
1 ounce taco seasoning mix |
1/4 cup water |
6 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 in strips |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 green onions, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine beed tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix, and water in slow cooker. 2. Stir in tortilla chips. 3. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours. 4. Spread sour cream over casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts. 6. Remove cover. Garnish with green onions. Allow to stand for 15 more minutes before serving. |
