1 lb round steak (3/4 - 1 inch thick, cubed) |
16 ounces stewed tomatoes, canned |
3 carrots, halved lengthwise |
2 potatoes, quartered |
1 medium onion, quartered |
garlic powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to crock pot in the order listed. 2. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender, but not dry. |
