The one I use when I'll be short of time. And sometimes just because it's so good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 cups sliced onions |
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 cup sliced carrot |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper the steak. 2. Pound in the flour. 3. Cut into 6 pieces. 4. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides. 5. Put in crock pot. 6. Fry onions in same pan. 7. Add to crock pot. 8. Add tomatoes and carrots. 9. Add garlic salt and water. 10. Cook on low about 5 hours. |
