Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 1/2 onions, sliced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons flour |
salt & pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef; drain fat. 2. Add onions and garlic. Stir until wilted. 3. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Mixing well. 4. Stir in undiluted soup; mix well. 5. Put all in crock pot on low for 6 hours. When you get ready to serve add sliced mushrooms and sour cream. 6. Serve over noodles rice or potatoes. |
