This recipe is quick to prepare and delicious all at the same time. Tasty cream sauce with a meaty bite. Bring your appetite to the table. My mom was a working mother like I am and we never had time for big gourmet dinners so when I moved out on my own this is one recipe that I brought along. Ingredients:
1 lb wide egg noodles |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 1/4 cups milk |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 ounce onion soup mix |
1 lb meatballs |
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients except for noodles and meatballs in a medium sauce pan to a boil stirring frequently until well blended. 2. Heat crock pot to high and pour ingredients from pan into crock pot; add meatballs. 3. Leave crock pot on high for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 4. After an hour, turn crock pot to low and let simmer for as long as you need. 5. Boil noodles at your convenience when ready to prepare your dinner. |
