What more could you ask for after working all day? The house smells yummy and so is the meal. Ingredients:
2 lbs round steaks |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons garlic, bits |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup beef broth |
1/2 cup sherry wine |
8 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut steak into 1 x 1/2 inch strips. Mix with flour, pepper, salt and garlic. 2. Add to crock pot with rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 5 hours. 3. Stir occasionally. 4. Last 1/2 hour, add 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese,cubed. 5. Serve over cooked wide noodles. |
