I ran across this on the internet and it looked intriguing to me. I haven't tried it yet so I can't vouch for how it will turn out.
Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
1 apple, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 1/2 cups skim milk
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to low heat.
2. Cover and cook for 8-9 hours.
