Received from a friend. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks |
salt & pepper |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes |
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle one side of steak with salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. 2. Roll up and place in crock pot. (I sometimes secure with toothpick, but be careful when eating.). 3. Mix tomato soup, vinegar and oregano and pour over steak. 4. Cook on low 8-10 hours. 5. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. |
