Crock-Pot Spinach Casserole |

This is so good and so easy. Just throw it into the crock and in a few hours a nice dish everyone will love. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained |
2 cups cottage cheese |
1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks |
3/4 cup cubed american cheese |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Pour into greased greased crockpot. 3. Cover and cook on high for one hour. 4. Turn to low cook 4-5 hours. |
